Programme Manager for Lean Process implementation
Salary & Compensation:
Negotiable day rate, expenses and completion bonus.
Working with COO and function heads to build a Lean working methodology
Strong degree, consulting industry background.
Following significant expansion in the last 4 years the group are now looking to implement a Lean working environment.
An experienced Lean practitioner with experience implementing Kaizen/ Lean methodologies in a medium to large services group (ie track record developing process improvements in non-manufacturing areas and functions).
Exceptional communication and project leadership skills
Ideally some experience in a fintech or digital services business
European languages would be an advantage
Role will be for an initial period of 9 months. More detail will be made available to applicants fulfilling the broad requirements for the role.
Project delivery in technology driven business
The role requires services experience. It is not an IT role and won't suit someone who has not trained teams across sales/marketing/finance and operations in lean management techniques.
