Candidates

If you register your details, or apply for a vacancy via our website www.choruspartners.co.uk, we may collect personal details such as (but not limited to), name, address, email and CV details and references. We may also collect personal information when you talk to a Chorus Partners employee.

We will only use your information in accordance with this Policy, or where we are required or authorised by law to disclose your information to others or, have your permission to do so.

We are not responsible for the data processing activities of others, such as our clients.

How we store data

Data stored by Chorus Partners is held in protected internal systems. We ensure that any data held by us is monitored internally against unauthorised access, destruction, loss or manipulation.  Our data is backed up in EU data centres that are GDPR compliant.

We may store and use your data, only with your express consent to provide to potential clients in order to provide you with an opportunity of an assignment. 

How we use the data you provide us

If you are placed on an assignment or engagement through Chorus Partners, we collect information about you and your work periodically throughout the period of your assignment. Information collected will only be used for matters directly relating to you assignment or engagement. After your assignment has ended, we will keep your file for six years to comply with statutory obligations, namely The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003.

 

 

Information about others

If you provide us with information for other people, e.g Referees or your other contacts, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have their permission to provide us with information.

During the course of our business activities we may collect, store and use your personal and/or professional contact details for the purpose of contacting and corresponding with you with regards to our services, as well as the contact details for any organisation that you represent. We consider use of your data to be necessary for our legitimate interests as an organisation providing various recruitment and consultancy services to you.

If you provide us with information for other people, e.g Reference detail whilst acting as a referee  or your other contacts, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have their permission to provide us with information.
