Interim HR Project Manager - OD

 

 

 

 

International NGO delivering health education and improvements across East Africa are looking to appoint an HR Project Manager to support the redesign of the regional organisational structure.

The role will review existing job and departmental functions with a view to mapping existing and future state training and job responsibilities.

Skills required:

  • HR project management experience with good written and verbal communications skills.

  • Experience supporting finance teams in a pre or post ERP implementation environment would be desirable.

  • Experience in a multi-site or international environment.

  • Knowledge of job profiling and design as well as experience delivering training programmes is essential.

 

The role is likely to be up to 3 months (Home based) and will require 2-3 weeks, in total, based in Nairobi (fully supported and working as part of an international consulting team).
