Our goal is to help our clients build a competitive edge. We provide expert interim management, executive resourcing and consulting support to ethical companies looking to develop  sustainable business practices.

We are committed to investing  profits from this work to support the development of organisations and charities with social, educational and environmental aims, in the following  ways:

Pro bono recruitment support: Helping social and environmental enterprises and charities recruit management and board level staff on a no fee or reduced fee basis.

Providing subsidised interim management expertise: Technical knowledge and board mentoring/ coaching to develop stronger management teams.

The Chorus Partners Foundation: Channels profits from our company into charitable projects focused on education, mentoring initiatives and leadership development for disadvantaged young people in the UK. We’ve also established an Impact Investment Fund which aims to invest in new social enterprises and environmental projects.

 

Our team:

The team is headed by Managing Director, James Fallan. James’s career started in the pharmaceutical industry, following which he joined a leading international recruiter specialising in senior financial management roles. Prior to launching Chorus Partners James spent 7 years with a niche recruitment business focusing on Finance, HR, Communications and Project Management culminating in his appointment as Managing Director of the group’s interim management business.
